Needed a 3/8" torque wrench for a valve cover job I was doing, and this was the only one a saw here that had the range I needed (I'm sure I could have found a better one elsewhere, but needed it right away, so went with amazon prime). Overall it did what was required of it. I did have a problem with it not "clicking", but when I followed instructions (it says to go all the way tight and all the way loose), it worked. Luckily it was only a 7 lb nut, so I realized it wasn't working right away. Once I tighten and loosed it, it worked fine. I don't think it really deserves 4 stars, but since it did all I asked (and for the price), it doesn't deserve 3 stars either, so I will give it the extra 1/2. It does come with a lovely caring case, but I would have spent that extra buck on a higher quality tool then a nice place to put it.
