That’s bad news. A torque plate takes the place of the head during machining, simulating any distortion and leaving a true cylindrical shape behind. It also gives your machine operator easy access to the bores. Our plate is made from thick billet aluminum, features spacers for proper depth and penetration into the block and can work with bore sizes up to 88 mm. With this plate, you’ll get durability to last through countless engine projects.
