Received very promptly. However, the motor listed was not the same motor Merle-Korff. The item received was a OEM replacemnt for the the motor showing but arrived with leads attached. Found the motor that was sent out at a much lower cost on several competitors sites. Installation was a snap since it was a reverse installation for the removal but did have to change the roation direction (instructions were provided). I appreciate when the item I pay extra for arrives rather than an alternative. I also appreciate if the supplier notifies me of the substitution prior to shipmet so as the consumer I make the decision. That is the reason for the rating as I would have paid far less for the same motor elsewhere or negotiated the difference with the supplier.The replacement motor did fit and changing the roation was easy enough since I had the nut driver to make the change so I was happy with the out come. But I would have also paid less for what I received. a fianl rating of a low 4 stars.As stated in the other reviews, this is not the Merkle-Korff motor that is listed for this product. It is a replacement motor. Although I do not like being misled, I did need the motor immediately and the motor did work. I am sure though that I could have purchased it for cheaper somewhere else had I have known.This product was shipped and recieved when requested. I would buy other products from this vender, Price was reasonable compared to oither dealers,I was worried at first because it was the opposite of what I ordered I thought it would turn clockwise but the seller was great and had provided detailed directions on how to turn it to make it go clockwise. Works great!As stated in the other reviews, this is not the Merkle-Korff motor that is listed for this product. It is a replacement motor. I purchase this motor later from another vendor. The motor usually last for one heating season. Poor quality.Our auger motor had stopped turning and we ordered this replacement part and it fixed our problem.the motor that I received was not the same quality motor that it replaced. you're better off ordering direct from englander.
