Valley 3/8-Inch Drive Click Torque Wrench (10-80 ft-lb) - Precision Tool for Automotive Repair, Bike Maintenance & DIY Projects

I bought this torque wrench because of its range of operation. When I received it, the quality of the unit was obvious - it's cheap. I ran it through the range of adjustments a couple of times and it became stuck. This was before I even used it. I have never been able to un-stick the wrench, so it's basically garbage.
